  Editorial Note

  With gratitude and respect, we present the inaugural edition of JURIST ACADEMICA, an academic platform designed to facilitate critical, reflective, and constructive thought in the field of law. This first volume marks the beginning of the commitment of the Legal Aid Foundation of Bolaang Mongondow Raya (YLBH BMR) to expand access to socially just and contextually relevant legal discourse.

  This journal invites contributions from academics, practitioners, and legal observers to share their ideas and research. We believe that legal knowledge should respond to the real needs of society and be able to meet contemporary challenges.

  As our first issue, we realize this publication is not merely a product of editorial work, but the result of authors' trust, peer support, and readers' expectations. We hope this journal grows into a credible and influential academic reference, contributing meaningfully to the promotion of legal justice in Indonesia.
